Let your career thrive with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for a Pallet & Crate Builder in Fresno, Ca Join our Team | Competitive Pay | Long Term Assignment | PPE Provided As a(n) Pallet & Crate Builder you will: Build, assemble, and repair wooden pallets and custom crates to required specifications Read and follow work orders, packaging instructions, and build diagrams Safely operate power tools including nail guns, saws, and drills Use hand tools such as hammers, measuring tape, and staple guns Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods Inspect finished pallets and crates to ensure structural integrity and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with shipping and production teams to meet daily targets Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or carpentry/woodworking environments Ability to safely use power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment Ability to read basic measurements and work orders Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain Previous pallet or crate building experience
Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
