Job Overview Sierra West Warehouse & Logistics is seeking a dependable Order Picker to help prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. This hands-on position focuses on locating products, checking order details, and moving completed orders through the warehouse for packing and shipment. No previous warehouse experience is required. Training will be provided to help you learn the warehouse layout, order-picking procedures, and safe material-handling practices. Responsibilities Review picking lists and order information Locate products throughout the warehouse Select the correct items and quantities for each order Check products for damage or visible defects Use labels, product codes, and order information to identify merchandise Move picked items to packing or staging areas Sort completed orders according to shipping requirements Assist with replenishing products in picking locations Help maintain accurate stock locations and organized storage areas Report missing, damaged, or misplaced products Assist with receiving and putting away incoming merchandise Keep aisles, workstations, and picking areas clean and organized Help with inventory counts and basic stock checks Follow warehouse safety and material-handling procedures Support other warehouse activities as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Training provided Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and with a team Willingness to learn warehouse procedures Basic organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday

Pay:

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
