This includes ensuring all packaging meets customer specifications, follows safety and quality standards, and supports smooth production flow. Work Schedule 6:00am-2:00pm Monday through Friday Key Duties & Responsibilities Quality & Compliance Follow all Plant, State, and Federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF. Avoid using any product that is damaged or defective. Package only the highest quality finished product. Verify that code dates are correct, visible, and legible. Comply with all quality assurance, food safety, and SQF procedures. Packaging & Production Ensure the correct number of packages per case and the correct number of cases per pallet. Package finished product according to customer requirements. Safety & PPE Follow all safety procedures properly. Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Dress appropriately for the work environment. Other Responsibilities Perform additional duties as assigned based on department or business needs. Support the overall quality system and maintain compliance with all related procedures.
