Baker/Packer

Cake Monkey Bakery is an established wholesale and retail bakery specializing in upscale cakes, snack treats, cookies, pies, viennoiserie and morning pastries. We are seeking a Baker/Packer to join our team! We are looking for an individual who can work and learn at a fast pace and has experience working in a commercial kitchen making large batches of batter, dough and frosting. Packing customer orders also required on Saturdays.

Job Requirements:

Experience scaling and mixing recipes from scratch Strong attention to detail Perform all duties while maintaining Cake Monkey's high quality standards Must be an excellent team player, stepping in to assist others when time allows Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs and must be able to stand for 8 hours a day Maintain cleanliness of work station and equipment Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Must have at least 1 year of baking experience in a professional kitchen Carefully pack customer orders Carefully label orders Keep a clean work station Must be available from 7am

• Friday and 7am
