General Warehouse -1st Shift

Job Description:

Are you a hardworking and detail-oriented individual looking for a role in a fast-paced production environment? Join our team! This position involves working at various stations along a production line, ensuring our products are packaged efficiently and safely. We prioritize a safe and ergonomic workspace and cross-train all team members to prevent injuries and promote skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare carton boxes for packing.
• Pick and pack products from a conveyor belt into appropriate containers.
• Be able to count product
• Verify product weight and quantity to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Operate wrapping and taping machines to seal trays.
• Inspect packaged products for proper sealing and quality.
• Place wrapped trays into cases and stack finished cases onto pallets.
• Adhere to all company food safety, quality, and workplace safety regulations, including GMPs and OSHA rules.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.
