This position will primarily be responsible for packing and preparing products shipments . The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in preparing accurate, organized, and properly packaged orders. You will play an important role in ensuring products are packed according to customer and retailer requirements and are ready for timely shipment. Responsibilities Pack products securely and efficiently using appropriate boxes, packaging materials, and protective materials. Prepare and package products specifically according to required guidelines. Pick and verify products against packing lists, purchase orders, or shipment requirements. Apply shipping, product, carton, and pallet labels accurately. Count and verify quantities to ensure shipment accuracy. Inspect products and packaging for damage or quality issues before shipment. Assemble cartons, seal boxes, and prepare completed shipments for pickup. Build and wrap pallets when required and ensure shipments are organized and secure. Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and general warehouse duties as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting and material-handling practices. Work efficiently to meet daily packing and shipping deadlines. Requirements Previous warehouse, packing, order fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred. Experience preparing Amazon FBA shipments is a plus. Experience with retailer or large-volume shipments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify products. Ability to read packing lists, labels, and basic shipment instructions. Basic math skills for counting quantities and verifying shipments. Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic warehouse technology. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift and move boxes and products as required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Preferred Skills Amazon FBA fulfillment experience Retail distribution experience Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
