As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Responsibilities Accurately pack products into designated containers according to specifications. Inspect products for quality assurance before packing. Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification during shipping. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or shortages. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. Basic math skills for counting and measuring products as needed. Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in warehousing or packaging is a plus but not required; we provide training for all new hires.
