This role ensures product are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately while maintaining food safety and quality standards throughout the production process. What you'll do Package, label, and seal finish food products in accordance with established guidelines. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency before packaging. Operate basic packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Stack, palletize, and wrap finished goods for shipment or storage. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements. Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures including use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any equipment issues, damaged products, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Assist with other production tasks as assigned. Basic qualifications Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50lbs. frequently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time. Basic understanding of English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus). Preferred qualifications 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing or packaging environment. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse environment with moderate noise levels. May involve exposure to varying temperatures and food ingredients. Shift schedules may vary based on production needs (morning, swing, or graveyard shifts).
