PM Summary:
As the Materials Specialist, you will help ensure products and materials move efficiently through daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety. You'll work closely with teammates and cross-functional partners to support customer needs, solve problems, and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:
Receive, process, store, and maintain accurate inventory of finished products, supplies, materials, and equipment in accordance with established warehouse procedures. Pick, prepare, dock, package, and ship finished products for allocated customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records using ERP and other computer systems to track incoming and outgoing products. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities while supporting efficient warehouse organization, space utilization, and product flow. Analyze, prepare, and repair products as needed, collaborating with engineers, technicians, peers, and leadership to resolve issues and identify process improvements. Maintain accurate quality, work-in-progress, test result, training, and labor documentation while completing required SLMS training on time. Follow established quality system procedures and adhere to applicable FDA, OSHA, safety, and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement by incorporating Lean 6S principles and promptly reporting equipment, process, product quality, cost, or safety concerns to leadership.

Required:
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
Preferred:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of manufacturing and/or warehouse experience $28.75 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
