$17.00 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick/Packer to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick products accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice systems Pack orders securely and label shipments according to company standards Inspect products for accuracy and damage before shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Meet daily productivity and quality goals Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned (sorting, staging, inventory support) Requirements Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [35-50 lbs] throughout the shift Basic math and reading skills Attention to detail and accuracy Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Steel toe shoes What We Offer Competitive pay and overtime opportunities Full-time hours Safe and team-oriented work environment About Midway Staffing Midway Staffing is a dynamic and rapidly growing enterprise dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations.
