Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Packer to join our growing candy manufacturing team in San Bernardino, CA. This is a full-time, 1st shift position for someone with previous leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment.
Pay:
Starting at $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
  • 6am•2:30pm (Monday•Friday) Must be flexible with start times and available for overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the packing team to meet daily production goals Pack, label, and box finished candy products Monitor product quality and ensure accuracy Assist with production line operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow food safety and company procedures
Qualifications:
Previous Lead or Team Lead experience is required Food manufacturing or food production experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must be able to read and write in English Comfortable working in a warm/hot production environment Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us?
