Organizer & Quality Control Specialist

Job description Position Overview We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fulfillment & Quality Control Specialist. This role involves handling, organizing, and packaging collectibles with extreme care and precision. The ideal candidate understands the importance of accuracy, consistency, and delicate handling when working with valuable items, and takes ownership of ensuring every order meets the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Sort and organize collectibles according to strict internal systems and categorization standards Handle all items with exceptional care to preserve condition and value Accurately match customer orders to the correct items and quantities Assign buyers to the appropriate packaging labels with zero errors Package orders securely and professionally, ensuring both protection and presentation quality Perform thorough quality control checks on all items and shipments before dispatch Verify sealed products remain intact, untampered, and in proper condition before shipment Double-check all shipments for accuracy, completeness, and labeling correctness Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Follow detailed processes and uphold strict quality control standards at all times Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks Proven ability to handle delicate and/or valuable items responsibly Highly organized with a methodical, process-driven approach Ability to follow detailed instructions and established systems Reliable, punctual, and consistent in performance Previous experience in fulfillment, inventory management, or collectibles (preferred but not required) Company DescriptionOT Breaks LLC is a rapidly growing e-commerce and live-stream retail company specializing in trading cards and collectibles. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
