The Genius Dog Company At Genius Dog Company, we create fun, enriching subscription boxes designed to keep dogs mentally stimulated, happy, and thriving. Every month, thousands of dogs eagerly wait for their Genius Dog box•and we're looking for energetic, dependable team members to help us make that magic happen. If you enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and being around a mission-driven pet company, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Assemble and package monthly subscription boxes with accuracy and care Prepare products, toys, treats, and enrichment materials for shipment Label, organize, and stage outgoing orders Maintain clean and organized packing stations Help with inventory counts and restocking supplies Work collaboratively with the warehouse and operations team to meet shipping deadlines Ensure every box reflects the high-quality experience our customers expect What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a team environment Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or packaging experience is a plus — but not required Why You'll Love Working Here Fun, dog-focused company culture Fast-growing subscription business Team-oriented environment Opportunity for growth within the company Employee discounts on products Flexible scheduling options (if applicable)
