Packer/Shipper Atlas Arcade LLC Santa Ana, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $17.50 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Packing Attention to detail Issue tracking Shipping and receiving inventory management Materials handling Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to help package and ship trading card orders from our live-selling business. You will be responsible for sorting orders, protecting valuable cards, preparing accurate shipments, printing labels, and ensuring every customer receives the correct products in excellent condition. This is a fast-paced position that requires accuracy, efficiency, and careful handling of collectible products. Knowledge of trading cards is helpful, but not required. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Sort trading cards and products by customer order Match purchases to the correct buyer and shipping label Package cards securely using sleeves, top loaders, team bags, cardboard, bubble mailers, and boxes Print and apply shipping labels Verify each shipment for accuracy before it leaves Handle valuable and collectible cards carefully Organize products after live streams and prepare them for fulfillment Record and photograph or video high-value orders when required Maintain a clean and organized shipping workspace Track missing, damaged, or incorrect items and report issues immediately Restock shipping materials and notify management when supplies are running low Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and general warehouse organization Help complete a high volume of orders while maintaining accuracy
