In this role, you'll work directly in our facility packaging, labeling, and preparing wholesale meat products for distribution across Sonoma County, the Bay Area, and Northern California. This role is essential to ensuring our products are delivered with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Package and accurately label a variety of meat products for distribution Weigh, portion, and prepare cuts according to order specifications Assist butchers and processing staff in meeting daily production targets and maintaining workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and USDA-compliant workstation at all times Communicate effectively within a diverse, multilingual team Follow all USDA food safety, handling, and sanitation standards Requirements Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Capable of lifting 30-50 lbs and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Previous food handling or packaging experience preferred Join our team and be part of a crew that's been delivering quality meat products across Northern California for over 30 years.
