This is a hands-on production position involving assembly-line work, quality control, packaging, labeling, and inventory support. The ideal candidate works efficiently, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality finished products. Cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required . We are primarily looking for someone who is reliable, organized, able to follow procedures, and comfortable working as part of a production team. Responsibilities Inspect cannabis vape cartridges and disposable devices for quality and defects Perform visual quality-control checks on finished products Assemble retail packaging, including boxes, bags, inserts, and other packaging materials Apply product labels accurately and consistently Package finished cannabis products according to company procedures Count and organize products and packaging materials Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization Verify quantities, product information, lot/batch information, and packaging accuracy Maintain a clean and organized production workspace Follow company SOPs, sanitation procedures, and quality-control standards Help prepare products for storage, transfers, and distribution Identify damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged products Assist the production and operations team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently Comfortable working in an assembly-line/production environment Able to follow written procedures and instructions Good counting and basic math skills Able to stay organized while handling multiple products, batches, and packaging components Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Cannabis, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, inventory, or quality-control experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements This position involves regular hands-on production work.
Employees must be able to:
Sit or stand for extended periods Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements Lift and move boxes and materials weighing up to 40 lbs Bend, reach, carry, and move around the production area Perform detailed visual inspections of small products and packaging What We're Looking For The most important qualities for this position are reliability, attention to detail, consistency, and a good work ethic . Our products must be packaged and labeled correctly every time, so we are looking for someone who takes quality seriously while still working efficiently.
