Job Description
Job Summary Untamed Organics is seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Production & Fulfillment Assistant to join our growing team in Soquel, California . In this role, you'll help bring our natural skincare products to life—from crafting and batching to packaging, labeling, and shipping. If you're reliable, organized, and love working with purpose-built products made from whole, natural ingredients—this is your chance to be part of something meaningful. Key Responsibilities Assist in the full production of skincare products (melting, blending, pouring, capping) Label and package balms, oils, and other items with speed and accuracy Operate filling machines or manual equipment with care and precision Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders for retail and wholesale Organize inventory and maintain stock of ingredients, containers, and packaging materials Keep the workspace clean and sanitized in accordance with health and safety standards Conduct basic product quality checks for consistency and cleanliness Record batch numbers, production data, and defects accurately Help identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency Who You Are Detail-oriented with strong pride in your work Physically able to lift 30-40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work with your hands Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions independently Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment Clear communicator and strong team player Experience with order fulfillment or production is a bonus, but not required Passionate about natural products and healthy living is a big plus Why Join Untamed Organics?
