Job Overview:

This functional role encompasses shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure materials are accurately stored, processed, and distributed in a timely manner within a quality system environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform shipping and receiving tasks, utilizing computers to prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for shipment. Execute material handling and inventory control duties to ensure inventory accuracy and timely delivery to required areas. Receive incoming materials and accurately store them within the warehouse. Prepare orders accurately for shipment to customer sites according to established procedures. Label and meter packages using various freight systems. Package orders, include pick lists, and fill open spaces with packing materials according to specifications and standard shipping practices. Process customer orders using the SAP system. Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse facility. Complete daily preparations for the following day s distribution activities. Support divisional initiatives, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and regulatory requirements. Perform duties strictly within a regulated quality system environment where accuracy is essential for regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

0 to 3 years of experience in a relevant warehouse, shipping, or inventory field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including experience with or ability to learn ERP systems such as SAP. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as an individual contributor. Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. == ==
