This energetic position involves selecting products from storage areas using various equipment, preparing shipments, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely for loading, unloading, and stock movement. Manage materials handling tasks including stocking, inventory replenishment, and order fulfillment within the warehouse distribution center. Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing processes to maintain product integrity and prevent errors. Assist with shipping & receiving activities by load & unload operations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety standards. Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining organized storage areas, updating stock levels, and executing warehouse management system updates. Participate in packaging tasks to prepare shipments for dispatch while adhering to safety protocols and packaging standards. Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred, especially in picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or inventory management roles. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and process orders efficiently. Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment enhances your ability to perform load & unload tasks safely. Warehouse supervisor experience or knowledge of warehouse distribution processes is a plus for those seeking advancement opportunities. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials handling equipment confidently. Strong attention to detail for quality control, order accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures.
