Case Packer Job Summary:

We are hiring Case Packers to support soup packaging operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role involves packaging, labeling, palletizing, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Package and label soup products accurately Lift and transfer containers from conveyors into cases Hand palletize boxes up to 30 lbs Monitor packaging equipment and report issues Verify label accuracy and product quality Perform cleaning and sanitation duties Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures Maintain production records and documentation

Requirements:

Manufacturing, packing, or palletizing experience preferred Experience working in a GMP or food production environment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable working in a 45°F refrigerated environment Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Why Apply? Work Environment:

Cold food production facility (approximately 45°F) requiring PPE, including hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, gloves, goggles, and steel-toe footwear. Position involves standing for extended periods and repetitive lifting throughout the shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $22.77/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
