Evening Bakery Packer

We are currently hiring for Bake + Fulfillment shifts. The Bake department is responsible for baking off all bread and pastries, applying toppings and finishes to products, and assisting the Fulfillment Department in packing orders.

General Bakery Support + Fulfillment (3p-9p)Assists in accurately and safely packing bread and pastry orders for wholesale accountsOperates bread slicer, slicing over 80 loaves for packingAssists in other bakery needs such as finishing pastries, traying up pastries for next day bakeFollows protocols for reporting product qualityProactively communicates with teammates to complete all daily tasksMaintains a clean and orderly kitchen, assisting in cleaning equipment and supplies as neededQualifications + SkillsDetail-oriented with a strong eye for quality and precisionAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standardsComfortable lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.; Comfortable working around hot ovens and in cold walk-in coolers; Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of timeAbility to work well independently and within a teamPrevious experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus but not requiredFull Time and Part Time options available. We may have some flexibility in scheduling though these are the shifts we are looking to fill:
