$20.00/hour 🕒

We are seeking an Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Loveland, CO. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where quality and continuous improvement are top priorities. Key Responsibilities As an Assembler, you will: Align, calibrate, and execute testing methods of varying complexity according to operational plans and customer requirements. Follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting quality standards. Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO requirements. Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain product quality. Identify and recommend improvements related to production methods, equipment performance, quality, and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks and documentation. Qualifications Required Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Knowledge of
GMP, FDA
QSR, and ISO standards. Experience using hand tools. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and stretching. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
