00/hr + 10% differential ( $18.70/hr ) 3rd

9:30 PM

• 6:00 AM | $17.

00/hr + 15% differential ( $19.55/hr ) Upon Permanent Conversion Base Pay Increases to $20.00/hr for ALL shifts Additional shift differentials on top of base pay: 2nd

$20/hr + 15% differential 📈 1st Shift sees a $3/hr raise when converted! What You'll Be Doing Load metal rods into production machinery Operate equipment to manufacture medical components Package products in a cleanroom environment Use labeling and packaging machines Move finished goods to quality control Support general production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Ability to stand for full 8-hour shifts Comfortable in a fast-paced, industrial environment Strong attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
