Production Associate $20 - $25/hr Primary Responsibilities Machine Operation & Order Fulfillment (65%): Prepare materials for orders and use RF Guns to locate and pick materials. You will weigh materials based on order needs and input data into machines for batch preparation. Additionally, you will start up machinery, load bags, and coordinate with the batcher to run the machine while following all safety protocols. Housekeeping (15%): Maintain the worksite through sweeping, vacuuming, and removing debris or packing materials. You are also responsible for regular equipment cleaning. Quality Control (10%): Ensure raw materials are not expired and that formulas are followed correctly. You will collect samples for testing and adjust batches as needed to meet quality specifications. Staging & Communication (10%): Prepare materials for the next shift to ensure a smooth transition with minimal downtime. Communicate equipment needs, shortages, or failures to leadership and report forklift inspection results.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mathematical Skills:

Able to utilize math to perform basic weights for formulas.

Communication:

Able to read and interpret directions and order details, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Physical Requirements Must pass a pre-employment physical.

Lifting/Moving:

Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 60 pounds and push or pull 55 pounds.

Mobility:

Ability to stand for 80% to 85% of the day.

Flexibility:
