OV Pack Clerk RBC Aircraft Products, Inc. - 3.0 Torrington, CT Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Received goods storage Packing Cycle counting inventory management Order preparation Moving Order shipping Manual packaging Shipping and receiving inventory management AS400 Picking & packing Entry level Full Job Description Support the production departments of OV packing, Process Stock, and RYG by maintaining accurate counts, preparing component orders for shipment, pull orders for stock to release to production and packaging product. This position is critical to material flow and requires excellent attendance. The department you may be working in breaks down with the following responsibilities: Outside Vendor Packaging Scale/Hand counting orders. Follow proper packaging requirements per the specified handling level. Identify shipping location Understand and follow F.I.F.O Request packing suppliers as needed. Process Stock Cycle count items in stock. Transport items from one location to another, submit documentation for each move. Pull components for orders. Pull extra components for assembly when requested. Count product into stock. Supplier RGY Inventory Break down pallets and put away RGY inventory as it arrives from suppliers. Transfer inventory from in-transit to a stock location in AS400. Look up inventory locations. Identify orders to pull based on supplier provided list. Maintain traceability of all heat lot numbers used in an order. Request quality manager's approval for orders puller with >3 heat lot numbers. Send list of pulled orders with heat lot traceability to supplier.
