Duties Help The duties of this internship may include, but are not limited to: Assist in developing the annual Packers and Stockyards Division Annual Rejport Work with records management and standard opering procedures Support webpage and publicion updes Work with the reguled entity annual report processing Develop electronic forms Requirements Help Conditions of employment Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S Nional studying in the U.S. or abroad. Internional students on valid visas may participe if they meet applicable immigrion, visa, and agency authorities. Be enrolled not less than half-time in an accredited trade school, technical or vocional institute, junior college, college, university, or other accredited educional institution. Must be in good academic standing as defined by their academic institution. Commit to volunteering 8 - 20 hours per week for a minimum of 90 days. Complete all required onboarding documention assigned by the Federal agency and your academic institution. Agree to volunteer. This position is unpaid. No compension, stipends, or hiring preference granted from this work. You may use this volunteer experience to qualify for future jobs you choose to apply for. Agree to understanding volunteers are not Federal employees. Qualificions Applicants considered based on their knowledge, skills or abilities reled to project needs. Specifically, applicants should demonstre: Academic interest/completed coursework in business, public policy, agriculture, or reled fields Written communicion skills Business process improvement knowledge Project management experience or knowledge Educion To qualify, you must be enrolled not less than half-time in an accredited trade school, technical or vocional institute, junior college, college, university, or other accredited educional institution. A student remains classified as such during school breaks of up to five months, provided they intend to continue their studies in the following term.
