Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Picker/Packer and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that every order is fulfilled with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Efficiently pick items using RF scanners and order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately. Pack products securely, ensuring proper labeling and packaging standards are met for safe transportation. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and updating inventory in the warehouse management system. Maintain stock levels through diligent stocking, replenishment, and organization of warehouse shelves. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatching. Support warehouse distribution activities by collaborating with team members to optimize workflow and meet order fulfillment deadlines. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, stock management, or distribution centers. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic warehouse maintenance. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and extended periods of standing or walking. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picker technology. Prior experience in shipping & receiving processes and quality control procedures.
