• 6:30 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

!) Spherion is currently seeking dedicated and dependable Panels Assembly Manufacturing Warehouse Associates for 1st and 3rd shift roles. These positions involve hands-on, physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be involved in various production and logistics tasks including: Manually assembling aluminum fencing panels using pneumatic tools Perform repetitive assembly operations using pneumatic hand drill for 10-12 hours Screw and/or fasten components together by use of power tools Packaging fencing products efficiently and securely for shipping Hanging products on paint lines for finishing Loading and unloading shipping materials manually Repetitive lifting, sorting, taping, labeling, packaging, and wrapping of products Maintain assembly requirements by filling screw hoppers, etc. Physical Demands of the

Role:

This job is physically intensive and best suited for individuals who enjoy staying active: On your feet for 10-12 hours each shift Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs or more Constant bending, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, twisting, and walking Working in a hot warehouse environment Performing repetitive motions throughout the shift Pay close attention to detail and quality

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience Strong work ethic and comfort with labor-intensive duties Team player with attention to detail and quality Willingness to undergo a background and drug screening If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to take on a physically active role, we want to hear from you!
