Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing and sorting orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with card packaging when necessary. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to contribute to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

Pack and sort orders efficiently and accurately. Make base card packs and ensure they are properly assembled. Keep the fulfillment area organized and clean. Sleeve and case cards when needed to ensure the integrity of the product. Follow proper packing procedures to ensure all items are securely packaged and shipped. Assist with additional tasks as required by the fulfillment manager or director.

Required Skills & Abilities:

General knowledge of sports teams (a basic understanding is preferred). Strong common sense and ability to make independent decisions. Good reading comprehension skills to follow packing and sorting instructions. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Focused on the task at hand, with an eye for detail. Familiarity with basic computer functions for processing orders. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed. Goal-oriented with a focus on completing tasks efficiently. Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse work is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift objects up to and sometimes exceeding 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to look down or focus on tasks for extended periods. Willingness to perform various warehouse duties, including handling cards and packaging materials.
