Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our dynamic manufacturing and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Your proactive approach will help streamline packaging processes, support manufacturing operations, and uphold compliance with industry regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in materials handling, packaging equipment operation, and manufacturing procedures within a fast-paced setting. Duties Carefully pack products according to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documents Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently, including automated and manual systems Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting and proper use of material handling equipment such as forklifts Conduct quality inspections to verify product integrity and packaging accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure safety standards in production are upheld Troubleshoot mechanical issues with packaging machinery using basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Follow safety protocols rigorously, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and FDA regulations when applicable Assist with inventory management by accurately labeling, documenting, and recording packing activities Support manufacturing operations by interpreting production documents and adhering to manufacturing standard operating procedures Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred Knowledge of packaging equipment operation and industrial equipment troubleshooting is highly desirable Familiarity with
GMP, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and safety standards in production environments Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on industrial equipment Strong understanding of materials handling techniques, including forklift operation (certification preferred) Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions Basic math skills for measurements, inventory counts, and documentation accuracy Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Commitment to safety protocol adherence and maintaining a safe working environment Join us in a role that combines precision, safety, and teamwork! $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
