General Warehouse Worker Hours:
7:30 am to 4 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
Pack and wrap products and pallets with high quality standards Understand and implement standard 5S principles Maintain a safe working environment for all employees Manually lift or team-lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs Assist in unloading arriving containers Verify product specifications (dimensions, SKUs, labels, lots) Operate machines associated with the packaging process Operate sit-down lift trucks (Certification required) Follow shop order quality information and instructions Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and mandatory trainings Adhere to Supervisor/Team Leader work instructions Perform various tasks as assigned in any operational area of the warehouse Follow work instructions within established standard procedures Read, write, and speak basic English (Spanish is preferred) Attend and participate in the pre-defined weekly work schedule Comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and trainings Clean and maintain housekeeping standards in the work area daily Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a fast-paced packing and warehouse environment High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ability to safely and efficiently operate sit-down lift trucks (lift certified or ability to obtain certification) Basic problem solving and decision-making skills Basic math and counting accuracy Strong work ethic with attention to detail Willingness to follow established standards and procedures Flexible with different tasks and assignments Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking basic English; Spanish preferred Availability to attend pre-defined weekly work schedule Compliance with EHS regulations and trainings Consistent cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area
