THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to high business volume, we need to hire a few Part-Time / Seasonal Packaging workers to assist us in keeping up with fullfillments. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business demands. If you're energetic, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. Must be able to work 2nd shift hours (1 pm - 9 pm).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Product assembly and packaging Process production items through to the QC stage Process and manage inventory accurately Support daily organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of work areas Follow and uphold all safety protocols at every stage of production Be a dependable team player who takes initiative and helps where needed Perform additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Prior experience in manufacturing and assembly preferred Prior production or a similar hands-on role preferred Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and workmanship Able to process repetitive work. Strong communicator — clear, respectful, and responsive in all situations Team-first mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude Strong sense of urgency and time management — able to adapt to shifting business needs Punctual and reliable, with the ability to clearly communicate scheduling needs in advance Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift 25 lbs. overhead High school diploma or

GED WORK ENVIRONMENT

Candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with production equipment and high noise levels in the background. Must be able to produce repetitive assembly work while sitting/standing for extensive periods of time. Candidate will also be expected to treat all workspaces with care and professionalism.
