Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time without notice Job Duties and Responsibilities Complete all New Hire Training Program requirements. Build, wrap, sort, and transport boxes, pallets and materials Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks Triage & inspect electronics equipment, including but not limited to cell phones, routers, hotspots etc Prepare Customer orders for shipment Ensure product meets quality requirements Ensure the work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and /or acts immediately. Completes any other function that may be assigned Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor. Technical Competencies Basic Computer skills Use technology like scanners, smartphones, handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders (where applicable) Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system Job Specific Requirements and Qualifications Follow all work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ability to follow directions with attention to detail Communication skills both written and verbal Work well in a team environment Operate pallet jacks, conveyor belts and a variety of light warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Certification and License Requirements None required for this position Special Requirements and Working Conditions Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds comfortably Must be able to sit, stand, bend for most of shift Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
