Job Description Job Description Position Summary:

LidWorks is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packers to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for packaging products and materials by hand while ensuring quality standards, safety procedures, and production requirements are met.

Schedule:

Night Shift:

6:30 PM - 7:00 AM. The schedule operates on a rotating shift schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Examine and inspect materials and finished products to ensure packing specifications and quality standards are met. Remove completed or defective products and place them in designated boxes or assigned areas. Measure, count, and organize materials accurately. Package products for shipment or storage. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Work overtime as required based on production needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and write effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join LidWorks?
