Pick and Pack Associate - FT

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging. Label packages accurately with required information. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged items and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating packing equipment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic math skills for counting and measuring products accurately.

Compensation Starting Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Performance Increase:
