Our client, a fruit and vegetable distribution company in Sunrise, FL , is seeking reliable and dedicated Warehouse Packers to work in a refrigerated environment (cooler) maintained at a constant temperature of 46°F (8°C) . This is a physically demanding position that requires employees to remain on their feet throughout the workday. Prior experience in Quality Control is preferred; production or repack experience will also be considered.

The Day-to-Day:

Prepare, clean, cut, and repackage fresh produce (fruits and vegetables). Ensure products meet the correct weight specifications and presentation standards. Assemble boxes and clamshell containers as part of a team. Maintain accurate daily production records. Clean tools, equipment, and the work area at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:

SPANISH OR BILINGUAL MANDATORY

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in Quality Control is preferred; production or repack experience will also be considered Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Must be willing to work outdoors when required

Pay Rate:

$14.00 to $15.00 /hr

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
