Packing and Shipping Sales Associate

At The UPS Store we offer great customer service with our brand recognition. Services include but are not limited to: Shipping (UPS/USPS) Domestic and International, Packing, Copies, Faxes, Notary, Office Supplies, Mail Receiving etc... Apply for more information. Local applicants (Wellington Area) are more likely to be called for interviews. As of 09/30/2025 minimum wage is $14/hour. Raising every year (09/30) until 2026 to $15/hour.  Hiring at $14.00/hour + Monthly Average Sale Incentives Immediately. 

FULL TIME

= Guaranteed 30-40/hours/week (5-6 days/week) Full Time = approximately $29,120/year + Bonuses + 2 UPS holidays paid off (Xmas and New year) and 2 personal paid days off 

PART TIME

= Guaranteed 25-35/hours/week (5-6 days/week) Part Time = approximately $25,480/year + Bonuses + 1 UPS holidays paid off and 1 personal paid day off  Annually you will be eligible for $0.50-$1.00/hour raises to possibly be capped around $18/hour ($37,440 + Bonuses) and 1 extra paid personal day to be capped at 10 total plus UPS holidays. •

 You will also get performance based bonuses that are based on average sale per customer. These bonuses can range from $0 to $100 per month depending… Overall your schedule will be very predictable and consistent. Sometimes there will be situations where we need to change shifts around. Flexibility is a plus and sometimes required. ¨ Hours of Operation M-F 8:30-6:30, Saturday 9:00-5:00, Sunday 10:00-3:00. (Subject to change) ¨ Typically we are looking for 6 days per week including weekends with a day off during the week. Training will take Monday-Friday at first. Permanent shift will include Saturdays and Sundays post training. Thank You!
