Job Description

Packaging Manufacturing Associate Schedule:
MondayFriday, 6:30 AM3:00 PM | 40 hours/week
Position Summary:
Responsible for operating packaging equipment and performing the labeling, inspection, and packaging of vaccines and finished goods. This role ensures products meet quality standards, production targets, and cGMP/SOP requirements while maintaining a safe and organized manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate packaging equipment, including labelers, pick-and-place systems, heat tunnels, vision systems, and forklifts. Label, inspect, and package finished vaccine products accurately and efficiently. Perform equipment setup and changeovers and conduct initial troubleshooting when equipment issues arise. Complete batch records, manufacturing documentation, and material usage records accurately and on time. Follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, manufacturing records, and established process sequences. Perform QA line clearances and monitor production processes for quality and compliance. Communicate production status, process issues, inventory needs, and safety concerns to the Shift Line Leader or Supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and support HSE policies and procedures. Participate in team performance reviews and cross-train in other departmental functions as needed.
Qualifications Skills:
23 years of manufacturing experience required; 5+ years of related experience preferred. High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Equipment and process troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Forklift certification preferred.
