Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you will prepare products for distribution by accurately packaging, labeling, and inspecting items to ensure they meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities Package products according to company specifications and quality standards. Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment. Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and quality before distribution. Assemble boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist with inventory organization and restocking packaging supplies. Follow packaging procedures and safety guidelines. Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to a supervisor. Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
