Full Job Description Wage:

$15.00 per hour This is a fast-paced, high production, physically demanding, time sensitive type job, which requires flexibility, as tasks change frequently to meet store requirements. Packers create and dress all bakery items, prioritize and pack delivery and retail orders, wrap products, assist with backup requirements, make cookies, assist all other areas, manage inventory and rotation. The position also requires dependability, product prep, cleaning, stocking, folding boxes, bending, lifting, and carrying pans up to 35 pounds. Must work well with team members, with other areas, on your own and be able to consistently follow established directions. Able to work in a standing position for up to 12 hours a day. The hours are firm, as the whole team must work together, and the product is time sensitive. Shift is 3:00am - 12:00pm (Noon). Longer hours during holidays.

Requirements:

Previous experience is not required, as on-the-job training can be provided to qualified candidates. Work early mornings. Shift is 3:00am - 11:00am. Must work well with others on all teams and be able to take directions. Must be flexible with a Positive Attitude. Must de dependable and have reliable transportation. Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Able to work in a standing position for up to 10 - 12 hours a day. Must be able to provide exceptional work pace in a limited space. Must have the ability to bend, squat, reach up and frequently lift 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
