Britt, IA Job Description We are a fast-growing online resale business based in Britt, Iowa, selling primarily through Whatnot. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in two roles: Order Packing Assistants to prepare and ship customer orders Live Streamers (especially younger, high-energy individuals) to host and sell products on Whatnot This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and/or energetic and comfortable on camera, looking for flexible part-time work with performance-based upside. Responsibilities (Packing Assistant) Pack customer orders from live Whatnot sales accurately Print labels and prepare packages for shipping (USPS) Double-check orders to ensure correct items are shipped Organize inventory and packing supplies Maintain a clean and organized packing area Assist with basic inventory counts and restocking supplies Responsibilities (Streamer Role) Host live sales on Whatnot and engage with viewers Showcase and sell products in an energetic, entertaining way Build customer trust and drive sales through personality and product knowledge Learn inventory and pricing to confidently present items Maintain a consistent and professional on-camera presence Requirements Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and high energy Attention to detail (especially for packing role) Comfortable working independently or on camera (depending on role) Trustworthy when handling inventory and orders Ability to stand for periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs (packing role) Preferred (Not Required) Experience with e-commerce, Whatnot, eBay, or shipping platforms Familiarity with USPS shipping and labels Previous sales, streaming, or customer-facing experience Why Work With Us Flexible scheduling Small, laid-back business environment Opportunity for pay increases and commission earnings Fast-growing business with room to grow Consistent work during busy sales periods How to Apply Apply through Indeed and include a brief description of any relevant experience.
