Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards. Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining quality control and consistency across all menu items. Supervise inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Implement shift management strategies to maximize efficiency during peak hours and support staff during busy periods. Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that meet customer preferences and operational capabilities. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and develop strategies for revenue growth. Conduct staff training sessions focused on food service management, hospitality excellence, and safety protocols. Skills Extensive experience in restaurant management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Proven ability in inventory control, food safety compliance, and cost management. Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in high-pressure settings. Skilled in staff training & development, interviewing candidates, and fostering a positive team culture. Deep understanding of hospitality management principles including customer service excellence and food handling standards. Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high operational standards. Familiarity with budgeting processes, food production planning, catering services, and bar operations is a plus. Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving within the food industry environment.
