Packaging Associate West Branch, IA | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Are you looking for a stable position with competitive pay, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment? We are currently hiring Packaging Associates in West Branch to help prepare and package products for retail display. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with advancement potential for motivated individuals. Pay Starting at $16.50/hour 2nd

$16.50/hour + $1.00 shift differential 3rd

2:30 PM 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30 PM
11:00 PM 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10:30 PM
7:00 AM Responsibilities As a Packaging Associate, you will: Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards.

Build pallets and prepare product displays for shipment to retail locations. Operate job-related equipment safely and efficiently. Handle products with care while maintaining quality standards. Follow all established safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Overtime Requirements Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Associates must be available to work beyond their scheduled shift when needed. Associates may also be required to work on previously scheduled days off to support production demands. What We're Looking For Dependable individuals with a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
