$18.00/hour Job description: The Fulfillment Specialist represents the quality of the company to the customer by selecting and packaging the customers' orders to their specifications, every time and is an expert on the logistics for moving product from inventory through order fulfillment to packaging and shipping. The Fulfillment Specialist is also knowledgeable regarding the supporting processes for fulfillment and provides all current company shipping and receiving services. Pull Customer orders according to the specific instruction on the order sheet. Perform quality checks on orders pulled Prepare orders for shipping by packing products in break-proof manner and in most cost-effective way. Use appropriate shipping vendor to ensure shipments are delivered as required and costs for shipments are accurate. Perform quality control checks on all packages leaving the facility to ensure that the package is going to the correct address and is being shipped in the correct manner. Stock shelves with product from storage and record lot numbers Update customer information as required in the
UPS/USPS
address book Unpack and account for incoming product Maintain cleanliness and order in the pulling room Comply with all company and regulatory safety programs Other duties may be assigned:
  • Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse
  • Load and unload shipments from trucks
  • Forklift experience preferred but not required
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred
  • Familiarity with stock management and inventory control systems is a plus
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping and inventory software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in varying warehouse conditions.
