Part-Time or Full-Time Available Currently Hiring Multiple Team Members - Close to Sandpoint High school & Dairy Depot. Gamer Girlz is a growing video game company seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Video Gaming Product Quality Associate. This position plays an important role in preparing video game consoles, accessories, and gaming products for customers across the country. Team members help inspect, clean, organize, and carefully package products to ensure they meet our quality standards and arrive in excellent condition. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying organized, and have a strong eye for detail. No gaming knowledge is required. We will train the right candidate. Perfect for students, homeschool students, summer employment, and after-school work. Gamer Girlz has a long history of hiring local young people, including students from Sandpoint High School and homeschool groups throughout the area. Many of our team members gain valuable first-job experience while learning responsibility, teamwork, communication, quality control, inventory management, and other real-world business skills. Responsibilities Inspect video game consoles, accessories, and gaming products for cleanliness and quality Clean and prepare products for shipment Carefully wrap and package products to help prevent damage during transit Pull, organize, and store inventory in designated locations Document inventory changes when needed Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and carrier pickups Move packages between work areas and shipping locations Break down and organize shipping boxes as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Identify product discrepancies, damaged items, or packaging issues before shipment Assist with general office and warehouse organization Support daily operations and assist team members as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and responsible work habits Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong time management skills Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality standards Professional and respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance Ability to bend, crouch, reach, and move throughout the workday Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Compensation & Benefits $13.00 - $18.00+ per hour based on productivity, performance, and experience Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling available Ages 14 and older may apply Employee access to a library of thousands of video games Snacks, food, and drinks available in the break room Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Learn valuable inventory, shipping, quality control, and business operations skills Positive team-oriented work environment Why Gamer Girlz?
