Job Description
Frontier Moving & Storage is a trusted moving, storage, logistics, and transportation company committed to delivering dependable relocation services, secure storage solutions, inventory handling, and customer-focused logistics support for residential and commercial clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Production Packaging Associate to join our operations team. This role is essential to ensuring items, materials, and customer shipments are properly packaged, organized, prepared, and handled throughout the moving and storage process. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy and organization, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and reliability are key to success. Key Responsibilities Package, wrap, label, and prepare items for transportation, storage, and delivery Assemble boxes, packing materials, and protective packaging solutions Inspect items for quality, accuracy, and proper handling requirements Organize inventory and assist with warehouse storage activities Load, unload, sort, and stage materials and shipments Follow company packing procedures and safety standards Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas Support inventory counts and material tracking processes Assist with shipment preparation and logistics coordination Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in packaging, warehouse operations, logistics, fulfillment, moving, or material handling is a plus Ability to lift, carry, move, and handle materials safely Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Work Location In-person Frontier Moving & Storage is an equal opportunity employer.
