Position Summary The Packing Associate is responsible for preparing finished saw blade products for shipment. Products have already completed manufacturing and quality inspection processes and are ready to be packaged and distributed to customers. Candidates will package, wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy standards are consistently met. Essential Responsibilities Pick finished saw blade products according to work orders. Carefully wrap saw blades using established packaging procedures. Package products safely and securely for customer shipment. Apply labels and shipping documentation accurately. Verify product quantities and order information before packaging. Inspect packaged products for accuracy and quality. Prepare completed orders for shipment. Maintain clean and organized inventory and packing areas. Assist with general warehouse and production support duties as assigned. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Forklift Experience Sit-down forklift experience is a plus. Forklift operation is not required. Candidates with forklift experience may occasionally assist with material movement. Estimated forklift usage is less than one hour per day when needed. Qualifications Preferred Experience Previous warehouse, packing, production, or shipping experience. Experience with picking and packing operations. Forklift experience preferred but not required. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching. Ability to handle repetitive packaging tasks throughout the shift. Ability to safely move products and packaging materials.
