Pay Rate:

$17.10/HR Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent plastics manufacturer in the Ashton, IL area is seeking production operators to join their team! The basic function of a Production Line Operator is to ensure that their production line produces quality food products that meet customer specifications in a safe and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include meeting productivity requirements, focusing on product quality, monitoring, and minimizing product losses, effectively communicating with line staff and support departments, and following safety guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:
