Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Picker/Packer to join our team in Batavia, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for accurate processing, picking, and secure packaging of customer orders using scanning technology. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in picking, packing, and using RF scanners, ability to work quickly and efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced team environment, and more listed below. Batavia, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Scanning and Tracking:

Accurately use handheld phone scanners or RF devices to process, track, and update inventory as items move through the warehouse.

Order Picking:

Efficiently locate and retrieve specific items from designated warehouse locations according to order sheets or pick tickets.

Packaging:

Prepare picked items for shipment, ensuring they are quality-checked (QC) and securely packaged to meet standards.

Accuracy Check:

Verify item counts, product details, and pairing of tickets to ensure all orders are complete and accurate before shipping.

Material Handling:

Safely move and stack boxes.

Safety & Organization:

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, adhering to all company operational and safety policies.

Meet Production:

Work in an efficient and productive manner to meet required deadlines and quotas/metrics

Requirements and Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience in picking, packing, and using RF scanners or handheld phone scanners is required.

Work Ethic:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced team environment.

Accuracy:

Must be detail-oriented and precise to ensure correct scanning and order fulfillment.

Physical Stamina:

Must be comfortable standing, walking quickly, bending, and reaching for the duration of the entire shift (8-10 hours nightly/daily).

Dependability:

Strong commitment to reliability and showing up on time for every shift is essential.

Availability:

Must be able to work overtime when necessary. — (Salary range based on experience) —
