Position Summary:

As a Packer, you are responsible for processing high-quality fresh fish to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. This role also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Package product with speed and accuracy to meet production standards Place fish fillets and portions onto conveyor belts and processing equipment Pack finished products into cases Follow written and verbal instructions effectively Work collaboratively with team members and support overall production goals Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent walking and continuous standing required Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. over short distances

Work Environment:

Production area with cold temperatures (35-40°F); appropriate warm clothing is required Fast-paced, production-driven environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or production experience preferred Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow directions Bilingual preferred but not needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
